UNITED STATES

• We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 to all United States addresses
• Within New York State we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 
• Orders over $500 ship free
• We ship via UPS and USPS
• We we email you a notification and tracking number when your order ships

CANADA

• We offer $15 flat rate shipping to all Canadian addresses
• Orders over $500 ship free

INTERNATIONAL

Orders outside of the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Please contact us at info@talouha.com for shipping rates to international addresses. Any additional taxes, customs, and import duties levied by the buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING TIMES 

• Most of our work is made upon order with a production time of 2 to 3 weeks. We will email you a notification and tracking number upon shipment.

• Items listed as ready-made ship within 3 business days. We will send you a notification and tracking number upon shipment.

 

TAX

Orders shipping to New York State addresses will be charged New York state sales tax.

 

RETURNS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MADE-UPON-ORDER ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please contact us at info@talouha.com prior to placing your order with any questions regarding items you are interested in and order placement. We are happy to help and address any questions you may have. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at info@talouha.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will work with you, as we want you to love your purchase. 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS OF READY-MADE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. We do not offer refunds on any sales. Returns on ready-made items must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Contact us at info@talouha to receive a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in original shipment packaging. Returns not in original, resalable condition will be denied. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving a return authorization. Return requests received after 5 days of receipt of your order will be denied. Returns shipped after 5 days of receiving a return authorization will not be accepted.

 

OUR WORK + MATERIALS

OUR LEATHER

Leather as a natural material inherently has surface imperfections and variations in grain, color, and texture. We use solely full grain, aniline finished leather. Full grain leather has not been sanded or cut down to remove the outermost surface. It retains all of the hides unique markings, scratches, and scars. Aniline finishes are translucent and penetrate the leather without coating it with opaque pigments.

HANDCRAFTING

All of our items are made by hand and contain inconsistencies and variations intrinsic to handcrafted work.
